This is where we'll publish real, detailed case studies from people using Cōrta to reset their cortisol rhythm. Each one will follow the same honest structure: the starting problem — think "tired but wired," 3pm crashes, or a lab result that felt off — the exact protocol and supplements they tried, what their daily tracking showed week over week, and what actually changed. No before-and-after theatrics, just the data and the habits that moved the needle.

We're holding these until we have genuine results to share.
